I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my stay at Trails at Dominion Park Property Management. My move in went so smoothly my apartment was ready and clean Shenika Willams very professional friendly and helpful…The entire office staff very helpful Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living it’s a very quiet and Peaceful environment they offer covered parking the grounds are well kept I intend to continue renting from Trails at Dominion Park for the remainder of my years here in Houston Texas , and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming residents looking for housing. I couldn’t be happier!

The lovely Gisela was a great help and worked very quickly and efficiently in helping me get my new apartment. She made sure to check in with me every couple of days to keep me informed on the apartment, she was very nice and even went above and beyond to help me when I couldn’t physically see it. I definitely recommend having her as your leasing agent

I lived here for 2 years I loved everything about it . The staff is very friendly, the maintenance people are kind and respectful, not to mention Mrs. Silvia Alfaro in the office, she is amazing and professional.

We had a great experience renting our apartment at the trails with Gisela. it's a very nice complex with great amenities like gym and club house.

Have been living here for 2yrs now anf the community is quiet and peaceful the maintenance request are always promptly fixed I pay for parking so no issues with that. Everyone in the office are always welcoming and not to mention Mrs silvia she's just always so happy full of life she goes above and beyond over all nothing negative to say about the property satisfied 😌

The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Especially exceptional is Deborah Grant, Silvia Alfaro, Shenika Williams. The maintenance people work really hard at making sure you are happy and satisfied. The interior of the apartments are incredible. I love it here!

Nice place and the lady named Maria is super nice and helpful.

I did have maintenance problems in my apartment but when I called the leasing office I spoke to Ms Sheryl she made sure all my work orders were completed.

I don’t care for the apartments much but they are good with fixing things and coming on time but they have great women at the front office Ariel and Janet’s always help us out

I went a few years ago to rent an apartment as I was starting to live on my own, and I have only been treated kindly. The staff when first entering where very welcoming and shown me all there 1 bedroom apartments and shown me what they recommended, and I have never had any issues with that apartment.

Mrs.Sheryl was one one of the best agents at the trails of dominion park. Helps us move in immediately with no problems. With great costumer service she made us want to join right away just off her loving energy

Went for info and silvia was able to get me the information I needed and show me their model apartment very pleased and love that they have covered parking, a gym and several pools that's a plus for me thanks again can't wait to live here soon.

Living here for 5 years has been accommodating, a place of nature in the city, the staff is very friendly, the maintenance people are warm and respectful, not to mention Mrs. Silvia Alfaro in the office, she is very diligent and professional.

Just moved in , in December the park side so far so good . It’s pretty quiet over here . Maintenance seem to respond in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is polite . I did bomb my apart before i moved in due to the previous reviews I’ve read but in my own unit i haven’t seen any roaches at all . The parking isn’t as bad as the reviews state . Some days i don’t get home until 10 and I always have a spot either in front or near my house . Over all my experience has been good . No complaints so far

Leasing and maintenance staff are great, very quiet around my area, all a plus the minus are the water fees and allocation changes and being forced to pay for internet which has gone up since the start now almost $20 more than what I was paying for the exact same provider.
